Before going full-time freelance in April 2018, I most recently was Creative Director at ServedIN, a tech-forward foodservice and hospitality startup based out of Chicago, IL. In this role I was tasked with building the brand from scratch, and business development & marketing plan for what we deemed "Craft-at-Scale." ServedIN is currently in a proof-of-concept phase and my work is ongoing.

Just before that I was Creative Designer with Fox Restaurant Concepts, an Arizona based Restaurant incubator with 15 concepts, over 50 locations, in 9 states. Brands include True Food Kitchen, Flower Child, North Italia, and Culinary Dropout. Work included typical print & marketing collateral, menu design, as well as creative direction on large murals and in-store installations. I'm lucky enough to have FRC as a client still and continue working on amazing projections for them. 

I was the Art Director for Winsight, LLC in their Events Division for twelve years. During that time, the company grew from ten employees to nearly 300. Responsibilities included creative direction for seven large events a year, including visual theming & branding, execution of all deliverables, print & design marketing collateral, digital activations & scenic productions, and maintaining brand standards across various platforms. All of that as well as an acting Associate Producer for all live events.Certainly not your typical creative, I enjoy working with a sales team, budgeting, and crafting a Keynote deck.


In my nearly 30 years of working in marketing, I've never met a more positive, harder working designer than Tony. He brings the "do whatever it takes" phrase to a whole new level, which is a rarity in the design world. His creativity matches his work ethic--top  notch. He loves design and it shows. Share your vision with him on what you need, hand off the ball and he'll carry it over the goal line. The reality is, if I could convince him to move to Illinois, you wouldn't have this opportunity for him to join your team.
